February Sees Success in Retail Sales Growth
Despite bad weather, February 2010 saw a 3.7% increase in Kohl’s same store sales. “Shoppers are clearly ready to spend more and make some of the purchases they avoided during the (worst of) the recession” says Frank Badillo, Senior Economist.
